Super Samurai 8 - "Kevin's Choice"

The opening sequence in this episode is edited exactly the same way as episode 6 with the usual four shots of the rangers pointing their weapons at the screen being edited, Each shot starts with the ranger's sword coming round but before you see the blade being pointed at the screen Nickelodeon replay the same part again but this time in reverse giving it a bounce effect. These shots are shown uncut during the opening sequence of Samurai and also appear in the Nickelodeon bumpers for the show.

Again being edited the same way as episode 6 this episode reuses the episode 5 opening which means these two shots above of the rangers smiling would have been removed as the original opening for this episode re-edited the single ranger smiling section right before these shots to run longer in length.

The Bull Zord Also the original version of the opening used this new shot featuring the Bullzord in-place of the close up shot of the Super red ranger running towards us.

Darkened due to flashing light effects When Super red ranger attacks Skarf to get Kevin's samuraizer back 6 seconds was darkened to reduce the flashing light effects.

Darkened due to flashing light effects The last 2 and a half minutes of the final megazord battle was darkened to reduce the flashing light effects. The scene included the Gigazord combining, The red Shogun ranger and the giant sized Skarf being destroyed.
