Two versions of the following cover were released with the second one featuring a few fixes.

| The first version released featured the 'As Seen On Channel 5' circle on the front cover, This was most likely an error as the last time we saw it was on the Super Samurai volumes and has now been removed for the second release (right). This is not a sticker and was actually printed on the cover. |

| In the description on the back cover there was also an error which read "which allow which allow" (fourth line down), but thanks to SuperMMPR contacting Fremantle Media it was fixed to read just one "which allow" for the second release (right). |
